I am born and brought up in Raipur. I have been working in Banking for the past 7 years. Before completing my MBA, I have worked in PT Education for 2 years which helps students to prepare for competitive exams/CAT.
Having been an extrovert and sportsperson all my life, I have interacted with many people and realized that only few of them chose their passion.
I always liked interacting with people, explore them and understand them. This paved my way forward to start guiding students and professionals who are confused about their career path.
I strongly believe in the importance of creating a secure and passionate career life for all individuals. I feel that right career guidance brings about holistic transformation in an individual and harnessing true potential in the larger interest of the society.
I love travelling and I am planning to give career counselling to students in different states as well so that they can find out their most suitable career path.
Vaibhavs’ analytical bent of mind and affable nature gives him the expertise and perspicacity for career guidance and career counselling. He strongly advocates that every individual has an innate ability to follow his passion/dream. A student just needs a little handholding and appropriate career guidance at the right time.

It is based on the judgement and analysis of a few factors. These are a person’s personality, behaviour, and interests. So, a qualified career counsellor first studies a person thoroughly. Then he or she suggests the best options for him or her. Besides, there might be some psychometric tests involved. These tests help a career counsellor to understand the person’s personality.
