Renika Monteiro, a Certified Career Analyst and Commerce Graduate, has 17 years of corporate experience and 14 years in education. She has effectively coached adults in English-speaking skills and personality development, while also guiding students to gain confidence and excel academically, particularly in challenging subjects. Her passion for career guidance grew from the numerous questions and uncertainties her students faced, inspiring her to launch Charting Careers. This initiative is focused on helping young individuals make informed decisions about their academic and career paths, equipping them with the confidence to pursue their goals.

My daughter is in class 9th Very confused about her career We visit renika miss she was a great help and helped my daughter to understand all the feilds possible and also a proper test was taken .The way renika miss counsel is awesome .she makes the kid very comfortable. Im in 12th right now and i was sure that i wanted to engineering but i was very confused in which engineering to do and which engineering course would be the best for me.
