Vaibhav Sharma is a visionary entrepreneur, career strategist, and youth mentor committed to transforming the way students approach career decisions in India. As the Co-Founder of PaisaExpo Fintech Pvt. Ltd., he has built and scaled a business grounded in strategic thinking, sales excellence, customer acquisition, and brand development—gaining firsthand experience in what it truly takes to succeed in the real world.

Originally from Raipur, Vaibhav’s journey reflects a powerful blend of discipline, ambition, and adaptability. Before completing his MBA from FORE School of Management, he began his career at PT Education, where he worked closely with students preparing for competitive exams. This early exposure ignited his passion for mentoring and understanding student psychology, aspirations, and challenges.

He then moved into the banking and financial services sector, where he developed strong expertise in financial consulting, relationship management, and market-driven decision-making. However, it was his entrepreneurial leap with PaisaExpo that truly shaped his leadership identity—teaching him resilience, people management, strategic execution, and the importance of making the right decisions at the right time.

Through these diverse experiences, Vaibhav recognized a critical gap: students often make career choices without clarity, exposure, or alignment with their true potential. This realization became the foundation of ADDHYAY.

At ADDHYAY, Vaibhav combines his business acumen with structured career counselling methodologies, including psychometric assessments, to provide holistic career guidance. His approach goes beyond traditional counselling—focusing on aligning a student’s personality, strengths, interests, and evolving market opportunities.

What sets him apart is his ability to connect. Vaibhav communicates with empathy, clarity, and authenticity, making both students and parents feel understood and confident in their decisions. His mentorship is not theoretical—it is rooted in real-world experience, practical insights, and a deep commitment to student success.

A national-level Judo athlete with 15 state gold medals and 2 national bronze medals, Vaibhav embodies discipline, perseverance, and a competitive spirit—qualities he actively instills in the students he mentors.

His vision is to create a generation of self-aware, confident, and future-ready individuals who make career choices not out of pressure, but with purpose.
